Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ConFi Solutions website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who we are

ConFi Solutions is an independent energy consulting firm. We are not a utility provider, retail electric provider, or licensed broker. We advise on rate and consumption optimization and act as your authorized agent under the Letter of Authorization ("LOA") you sign to retrieve usage and rate information from your utility.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and, when submitting a business's information, be authorized to bind that business to this agreement and to sign the LOA on its behalf.

The Letter of Authorization

The LOA authorizes ConFi Solutions to request and receive utility usage, rate, and billing information for the account(s) you identify. It does not authorize us to switch your utility service, change your rate plan, or enter into contracts on your behalf. Any change to your utility service or rate requires your separate, explicit, written approval.

Fees

We do not charge upfront fees for the Service. Where we facilitate savings, our compensation is a share of the verified savings, disclosed to you before any savings-based engagement begins. Any commissions or referral compensation from third parties will be disclosed.

No guarantees

Projected savings are estimates based on your submitted bills, current utility tariffs, and market conditions. Actual savings vary and are not guaranteed. Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice.

Your responsibilities

You represent that all information you submit is accurate and that the electricity bills you upload belong to accounts you are authorized to share. You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit information about accounts you do not control.

Communications

By submitting your contact information, you agree that ConFi Solutions may contact you by phone, email, and text regarding your inquiry and any resulting savings analysis. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConFi Solutions and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
