Compliance & Client Documentation

Retail electricity suppliers and broker aggregation platforms (BOX Energy, Enerex, PowerKiosk, EnergyBot) require a specific package of documents and consents from every commercial client before a rate can be shopped. ConFi Solutions collects all of it in one intake — nothing else is required from you.

What we collect from every client

Legal entity information
Legal business name, DBA, EIN/Tax ID, service address, and (if different) billing address.
Utility & account details
Utility provider, account number as it appears on the bill, number of meters, and current contract end date if known.
At least 3 recent electricity bills (12 months preferred)
Suppliers need historical usage to produce a bindable quote. Twelve consecutive months yields the most accurate rate.
Authorized signer credentials
Full name, title/role, and email of the person authorized to bind the entity.
Signed Letter of Authorization (LOA)
Effective 24 months. Names ConFi Solutions and its designated supplier partners. Revocable in writing at any time.
Historical usage / interval data release
Explicit authorization to pull up to 24 months of usage and interval data from the utility.
TCPA contact consent
Written consent to phone, SMS, and email contact by ConFi and supplier partners about the rate analysis.
Signer authority attestation
The signer certifies they have authority to bind the legal entity named on the LOA.
