We also automatically collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to operate and secure the site.

  • To request and analyze your utility usage and rate data under the LOA you sign.
  • To prepare a projected savings analysis and program recommendations.

Sharing

We share it only with: (a) your utility provider, as authorized by your LOA, for the purpose of retrieving usage and rate data; (b) service providers that host our infrastructure and email systems under confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities where required by law.

Retention

We retain application data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, legal, and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing info@confisolutions.com.
