Rasheed founded ConFi Solutions after more than a decade inside commercial finance and energy — first structuring capital solutions for businesses carrying multiple open advances, then on the supplier side pricing large C&I electricity accounts, then on the aggregation side helping brokers structure deals for multifamily and retail portfolios.

He built ConFi Solutions to fix two problems: business owners were bleeding cashflow into stacked advances with no clear path out, and building owners were leaving millions on the table because no one on the supplier side was actually working for them.
